To get the best print quality, vector images are preferred and easiest to scale and make any necessary adjustments to. Adobe Illustrator provides the ideal files for us, preferred formats are an ".EPS" ".AI" or ".PDF"

JPEGS or (.JPG) are fine for reproducing photos on canvas (as long as the original file is high quality) although, they are more difficult to work with on a larger scale or for orders that require design set up which may result in a longer time to complete your order. JPEG's must be a minimum 150 DPI at full scale to avoid questionable quality.
